Art is essential to us in that it enrichs our life and makes it interesting for us. However, in Hong Kong art may be too remote for us; it is confined only to the museum or gallery. If art is an indispensible part of our life, there is no reason why it doesn't appear elsewhere in our city --our building, garden and bridge.
Will artist support the idea?
